PURPOSE

As the Customer Success Architect, you will play a foundational role in AgrigateOne’s expansion to Peru. This role bridges technical and business functions, focusing on deeply understanding client workflows and aligning them with AgrigateOne’s platform capabilities.

You will be the key account manager for our Peruvian clients, ensuring seamless delivery and optimisation of our solutions. You will act as the liaison to our Product and Engineering teams, ensuring that we are adapting the product to meet the needs of our clients. The role requires a high degree of travel within Peru for on-site presence, in order to nurture relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure the continued success of our clients.

 

OBJECTIVES (main duties and responsibilities)

1. Client Engagement:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of client workflows, gaining a deep understanding of their business operations, pain points and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Map client business processes to AgrigateOne’s solutions and be able to fully articulate the added value of AgrigateOne solutions. 
  • Travel extensively to client sites to provide hands-on support, foster trust and establish strong, long-term relationships.

2. Technical Solution Implementation:

  • Collaborate with clients to customise AgrigateOne’s platform to meet specific operational requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions, guiding clients through setup, configuration, and deployment.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations when necessary to ensure successful adoption and usage of AgrigateOne's solutions.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts
  • Work closely with the sales team to support new business development efforts through technical expertise and client insights

4. Product Liaison:

  • Synthesise learnings from client feedback and deliver to our Product and Engineering teams, quantifying the value of all requests for easier prioritisation
  • Act as a conduit between clients and all other internal teams, ensuring client needs are accurately communicated

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Formal Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, product management or operations, preferably in the technology, fresh produce or logistics industry.
  • Proven ability to drive results and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Driver’s licence (role includes travel).

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent relationship and interpersonal abilities.
  • Technical aptitude to understand complex systems and technologies.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to prioritise competing demands.

Job Related Experience

  • Experience in managing client/supplier relationships. 
  • Experience in analysing and improving operational processes or logistics workflows.
  • Experience in the fresh produce industry, with a focus on operations, logistics, or client support.

Languages

  • Spanish (fluent) 
  • English (business-proficient)
