AgrigateOne (Ag1), a UK-based leader in AgTech, has acquired LogisticDocuments.com, a Netherlands-based Software as a service (SaaS) provider for supply chain management in the Fresh Produce industry.
This acquisition expands AG1's global reach and enhances its ability to deliver integrated solutions for agricultural supply chains, from farmer to retailer.

LogisticDocuments.com specializes in digitizing logistics workflows for fresh produce shippers, enhancing operational excellence & scalability. This acquisition enables AG1 to integrate these capabilities into its existing AgTech solutions.
Two innovators now coming together
AG1 and LogisticDocuments.com both sprouted from the fresh produce industry. Years back, AG1’s launching customer was South African based citrus grower Limpopo Citrus. LogisticDocuments.com’s launching customer was Dutch based retail service provider & importer Olympic Food Group, who also invested in the company. The Olympic Food Group now sold its stake in LogisticDocuments.com to AgrigateOne.
