At AgrigateOne, our vision is to automate and digitise the agricultural trade, from start to finish, and that vision continues to gain momentum, on farms, in packhouses, with exporters and across global supply chains.
Q1 Progress: From Vision to Execution
In our last update, we outlined four core focus areas for FY2026. Here’s a snapshot of how they’ve progressed in Q1:
- Trade Volatility: As market conditions remain unpredictable, especially in light of post-AGOA uncertainty, we’re helping clients stay resilient by diversifying buyer access and trade flows. With OneFlow Move, exporters gain real-time shipment tracking and live ETD/ETA updates - enabling proactive rerouting when geopolitical or freight disruptions hit.
- Market Access: We’re supporting producers and exporter groups in unlocking new opportunities beyond traditional markets. Through OneSwitch, producers can boost net returns by connecting workflows with verified buyers making sure prices are competitive, while automating both local and export workflows to reduce admin and errors.
- Supply Chain Efficiency: Manual touchpoints continue to create unnecessary delays and friction across operations. OneFlow Trace helps clients cut up to five days from their supply chain dwell times, by surfacing real-time data on pallet movement, inventory, and port activity. Moving data from reactive to predictive and prescriptive.
- Automation & Data-Led Insight: With more pressure on margins and time, clients are leaning on smarter tools to make better, more automated decisions. Our OnePack product is driving real gains in packhouse efficiency, from automated pallet reworking to hardware-integrated QC, enabling faster, cleaner, and more accurate operations.

This year, we’ve continued to refine OneSwitch - not just as a market access and workflow automation tool, but as a data-driven decision engine.
OneSwitch now helps users evaluate trade options based on historic carton-level performance, partner and vendor reliability, and real-time market insights. With smarter filtering and built-in transaction support, it’s helping producers and exporters make better commercial decisions, earlier in the supply chain.
In our upcoming Q2 case studies, we’ll share how producer-exporters used OneSwitch to identify better value chain decisions and buyer matching and achieved an improvement in returns.

Looking Ahead: What’s Coming Next Quarter
As we move into the next quarter, here’s what you can expect from us:
1. OnePack + OneFlow: Working Smarter, Together
We’re bringing these two core modules even closer to ensure real-time data flow and smarter automation across packhouse and critical workflows. The goal: less admin, faster operations, and better visibility, from start to finish.
2. Easier, Faster OnePack Onboarding and Installation
We’re simplifying how OnePack is deployed with a new hybrid model. This means quicker rollout, less setup complexity, and commodity-tailored configurations through OnePack Hybrid. We’re particularly excited about what this means for the upcoming grape season.
3. OneSwitch: Smarter Trading & Seamless Communication
Our OneSwitch product is evolving to give clients even more control. We’re launching new tools for initiating and negotiating their trades, designed to reduce manual back-and-forth. Expect to see an enhanced Incoterm Calculator for superior benchmarking, alongside smarter communication features in a WhatsApp agent, and improved email capabilities for seamless interactions.
4. OneFlow Transact: Financial That Just Work
We’re significantly enhancing Transact this quarter to support our more sophisticated exporter clients, especially ahead of the grape season. These updates bring more accurate sales tracking, streamlined invoicing, and stronger financial management tools. With increased automation and compliance capabilities, exporters can manage their intricate operations with greater confidence, clarity, and control.
